  • My eQuals is available to education providers, regulatory bodies, government and other trusted issuing organisations that are considered trusted sources for official documents and credentials. Approval to join My eQuals is provided through a formal review process. Applicants must be a university, TAFE or approved tertiary education organisation.

  • There is both an implementation cost and an ongoing annual fee.

  • My eQuals allows education providers to certify and upload digital versions of academic transcripts and graduation documents. Students and graduates can then access these documents and share them with employers, education providers and third parties online in a controlled and secure manner.

    Currently, the following digital documents are available through the My eQuals platform:

    • Award certificates

    • Transcripts

    • Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS) for Australian universities

    • Qualification Statements and Statements of Attainment for Vocational students studying at participating education providers

    • Formal letters from New Zealand education providers

  • My eQuals can also assist your organisation to

    • issue badges

    • other official documents

    • receive international qualification records

    • Verify international qualification records
